From our experience, once one of these attributes starts showing impending failure, the drive should be replaced as it is only a matter of time before the raw values increase and more attributes signify the drive going bad.
Additionally, smart attributes for SSDs are not exactly the same as those for hard drives. You should refer to the documentation for your SSD to fully understand what each is telling you about your drive.
